BEFORE YOU COME

WHAT SHOULD I BRING

Everything you need for practice: mat, mat towel, block, strap (optional), and water bottle. We also have all these things available for use at the studio if you forget, or dont have one!

HOW DO I SIGN UP

Please sign up through MINDBODY before coming to class! You can purchase a single drop in class, a 10 class pack, or a monthly membership! Our memberships are not contractual! The cut off time for signing up is 5 minutes before class begins. 

CAN I CANCLE MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME

Yes you may cancel your membership at any time at no charge!

PARKING

Please get here at least 15 minutes early.  We have onsite parking, but for some of our larger classes, this can fill up quickly. If this happens, we have off site parking down the street in both directions. 

STAY PROPERLY HYDRATED:

It is absolutely essential that your body has the proper hydration and electrolytes. It is the quality of water you drink and the minerals in that water that supports every system in your body in functioning properly. It's imperative you come to class hydrated and stay hydrated between classes. If you need more information on tools to create your optimal hydration, please email us at connect@wethrive.com.

Changing rooms

We have two changing rooms in the lobby. Please arrive ready to practice, or commit to changing swiftly to support everyone in being ready for class on time!

Are there showers to use?

There is currently one restroom, one indoor shower and one outdoor shower at We THRIVE. You are more than welcome to shower after taking a hot yoga class in the Garden! Be mindful of others as you take care of yourself!

Is the room heated?

Yes. During the winter the room will be heated, and the near infrared lights will be on.
